Although this is my first visit to the new location and the old location felt like home to me, after that first bite of that delicious orange chicken and chow mein I was in a trance and didn't know where I was, so it didn't matter (and for all you pot heads reading this, no I was not high). It took me back to a time when all was good (like the economy)and oh how I missed it. The service was great as always. While Dave was in the bathroom I struck up a convo with a very pleasant bus boy and we almost became Facebook friends. Dude definitely would have approved me. The flow of the old location was more feng shui, everything went together and had a homey feel to it. But with the new location, I fell in love with the outdoor seating. I have dreams of taking a date to the outdoor patio and sharing not one but multiple orders of cream puffs while listening to my favorite jams played by Barry White in the background...oh yeah baby, chew slowly (Barry White voice). This is my place and I knew my boy Dave would enjoy it and that anyone who wants a much better, way cheaper PF Changs would love this quick, easy option.
DART
Dave and Art team up every Saturday to go to a new restaurant and rate it based on food quality, service, and ambiance.
The rating scale is a 5-point system as follows:
1- Absolutely awful (My dog wouldn’t sniff it)
1.5- Just bad (Gag reflex)
2- Poor (But was able to swallow)
2.5- Below average (Left unsatisfied)
3- Average (We may come back, maybe)
3.5- Above average (Will go back if in the area and hungry)
4- Good (Straight up nothing to complain about)
4.5- Very good (Delicious, finger lickin’ good is how we describe this category)
5- Like a circus in your mouth (I could eat it everyday and that’s what heaven
is supposed to be like)
Dave and Art rate each category individually and then combine scores to create the overall rating.

Dave's Dissection
Meal: Award winning orange chicken with fried rice and a side of cream puffs
Art and I started this blog because every time I asked him for a food recommendation, he never let me down...not once. After many times of steering me in the right direction to taste bud glory, Art well earned the title of being my "food guy". People have their "car guy" or "handy guy", well Art is my "food guy". I know we stated earlier that we were going to try new restaurants and that was supposed to be the whole idea of this blog, but Art couldn't help himself. When talking about our next adventure Art stated, getting all giddy and salivating and licking his chops when he was talking about this place called Tott's, short for Talk Of The Town. And I can't lie to you, his passion for Tott's was getting me intrigued and no lengthy sales pitch was necessary, I was sold, let's go! I feel weary and skeptical about giving my second review a 5 for food quality, please don't stop following because you think this dude is full of shit because the food was straight up goods. The gooey, tangy sauce of the orange chicken hopefully will spark my taste buds in a dream of mine in my upcoming REM cycles (maybe I should take a nap right now...hmm).The fried rice was as good as any, and the cream puffs were superior to all that have entered the holy mouth of taste, which is my own. The X-factor was that I couldn't finish my food which is redonk if you have ever eaten with me before. I may be short, but I can eat with the big dogs. Two meals worth for $11.46, a steal of a deal for a meal. Moving on, the service was good, walk up , order and the food was out to us in 10 minutes or so. If this place delivered my wallet and gut would be in serious trouble. This would be hangover heaven. I'd get hungover on purpose just to order Tott's. Ambiance was average, not really much there. It was clean and the outdoor seating is always a nice feature in my book. Perfect take out place if you ask Dr. Dave.
